Are You Retiring Young By Making Money Online?

By Charles Lau on December 14, 2007

This sponsored review is posted by Charles Lau

Michael Dunlop, an online entrepreneur who has done a website “Retire at 21” when he is not 21 years old himself. This is another Make-Money-Online website which I have found it more comprehensive than many other websites I have surfed.

Let’s take a look at the video review

He has separated his website into several sections. Some of the sections I would like to mentioned especially are:

  1. Make Money Online section where it shows a whole list of make money online methods. While there are many ways of making money online, the ones listed are the ones I personally find it more appropriate and are going to help those of us who are serious in making money online.
  2. Blog section where it shows his thoughts and interesting online articles for us to find out more about making money online. By doing a blog on a second page, he is…

By Carl on December 13, 2007

For just 2 weeks :-P

Honestly, you won’t make money blogging - alone. There are so many things that you can do that will make you more money with less work, but nevertheless I’ll always stay here and keep sharing my experiences and theories on marketing and stuff.

For those curious cats out there, here’s a sneak peak to what I’m working on:

I won’t tell the whole story here, let the screenshot tell. I promise you, it’s not just another make money online product. No hype nor b.s.

By the way special thanks to this week’s exceptional guest bloggers Dean, Siyab, Chris and Monika. You’ve made this blog active and alive with your outstanding content.

Watch out, I’ll be back with more.

7 Steps To Media Fame - Part 1

By DeanHunt on December 11, 2007

Hello, My name is Dean Hunt and I recently had an article about my life published in the UK’s largest, quality newspaper (The Telegraph - 900,000 copies sold per day). Carl asked me to show his readers how they can achieve national fame and a huge boost in web traffic, so I will be showing you the EXACT 7 steps I used to get this huge, FREE media attention.

STEP ONE – Brainstorm

Ok, you want a story in a national newspaper or magazine… but what story?

It would be nice to just have our web address in big writing on the front page, but the world doesn’t work like that. We need to find news worthy story.

At this point we will have to brainstorm, so grab a pad and pen and do the following:

  1. Decide what you want to promote – is it your website, your blog, yourself, your new product etc?
  2. Go to PRweb.com and Google.com…

Cricket - and Blogging?

By siyab on December 10, 2007

Today, I was watching a Test Match against Pakistan and India, when something about something suddenly struck me. It happened continuously throughout the match and I wasn’t able to notice it until after a long time. Read on.

The bowler bowled the ball at the batsman at different angles, different heights, speeds etc. The batsman, using his knowledge and experience, either played a shot or left it. If the batsman played a shot, it either went for runs or no runs. Or the batsman got himself out. I saw a whole thinking process behind all this, which is highly applicable to blogging. Continue reading!

The Process

Before bowling the ball, the bowler set his field up for the batsman, to increase the chances of a catch out or run out. Therefore, the bowler has now laid out the trap for the batsman. Then, when he bowls,…

Getting double listings in Google…

By chris stirling on December 9, 2007

It turns out the co-owner of StomperNet, Andy Jenkins, has something to get off his chest.

You see Andy Jenkins has long been an advicate of providing high quality free content for his readers. If you look at any of his 17+ ecommerce websites you can see that he fills them with just that - high value content. As a result all of his sites get massive traffic because not only do the search engines love his sites but so do his readers.

Well it appears that a blogger by the name of “Ryan” recently made a post that basically said that Andy was no longer doing what he preaches. Ryan claimed that Andy is no longer creating good free content.

Looking At The Bigger Picture

By Monika Mundell on December 2, 2007

This article is guest posted by Monika Mundell of The Writers Manifesto Blog

Whichever way we look at it, blogging has become a form of mass media for the generations of blog-aholics out there.

Every day millions of us bloggers write content in a frenzied way to get noticed amongst millions. It’s like being a fish out in the vast ocean stuck in the middle of a feeding frenzy.

Like the fish who wants to be noticed by its peers for being something different, we as bloggers are chasing the illusive dream of blogging fame and world domination. After all the painted picture of success lingers within the deepest recesses of our brain and drives us to keep churning out content like we are on autopilot, until - we wake up to the sound of our own breathing because we have been left behind.

All the fish are gone and we swim in water…
