After 9 Months Of Blogging, I’m Number One – My Journey To The Frontpage
That’s 9 months and a day for my blog, and yes there I am sitting proudly on the throne of the bloody competitive keyword “Make Money Online:”
And no, don’t try to optimize if you aren’t that strong to face all the “You can’t do it” the “You’re not good enough” comments of other people. You’d receive an avalanche of those on your way to the frontpage because some a lot of people don’t have the guts to try it, so all they do is stop everyone from doing it – where they’re afraid of you reaching the frontpage.
But of course, like what I always say:
“If a kid like me can do it, what stops you?“
It’s just a matter of time, knowledge and some tricks on the side.
That reminds me, that “tricks” is the whole point of this article. I’ll continue on tomorrow as school starts again (End of our sem-break, darn!) I gotta go to sleep. Don’t miss it so you’ll have a chance to get to the frontpage of your own keyword too!

I don’t know much about how the serps are served up differently in different countries but in the UK you are at position #11.
If I add a “&gl-us” to the end of my search query to force the US results to be served, you are indeed #1 so congrats :-)

Congratulations on this monumental feat. I know what you mean about people saying it can be done. I opted not to pay an SEO firm 12,000 dollars and try to SEO a site myself. I went from 600 to 14 on Google in 100 days. I know what you mean about having the courage to step out and do it. A lot of people told me I was crazy and it would never happen.
