And what makes this person different from the previous bloggers who attempted to understand how PR works?
A lot has been said. PR process is all over Google SERP, so, how can you be so sure that this one has the answer to give us the understanding about it?

Can I ask you something, buddy? What makes seobook.com different than thousands of blackhat SEO companies — delivering on their promise, isn’t it? Now, this Chetan (yes, that’s me) may not be that big, but what this book does is that it delivers on its promise (it has done that for a lot of people till now).

As we all know about it that Google’s algorithm is a trade secret. Any attempt to understand Google’s algorithm is really a combination of art and science. That’s because what we may be finding out today, may change tomorrow.
It really needs consistent understanding of how it works. And I believe it takes a new business to start up and work on it consistently so that we can all leverage on it and focus on our own business.
And what I think Chetan has done, is to bring us to the same level of understanding so that we can be more equipped for the future changes about page rank.
Page rank is kept so secretive that Google only tells us about the benefits of it to the visitors. As web owners ourselves, we can really be clueless about having a high page rank and yet it may be one of the important factors to our consistent online income!
As a saying from Charles (myself) goes:
“It’s better to know what we don’t know, rather than not knowing what we don’t know.”
For sure, it’s good to know what we know but that will mean we have to do everything ourselves. For example, I will never want to know how a car works, I would rather pay money for it and enjoy driving around.

If your page rank is high, it doesnot mean that your traffic will boost or you will rank high. I cant stop my self from saying this, It sounds like you are saying fish rank exposed
