How To Start A Photography Business?

By Charles Lau On October 21, 2008 Under ReviewMe Reviews

This post is sponsored by Photography Business Mastery and posted by Charles Lau.

Photography business can mean a lot of different meanings.  You can do wedding photographs, magazine photographs, product shots, executive head shots, annual reports, websites, advertising, and so much more.  So long as you have a camera at hand, you are ready to receive money from people who wants your help in taking photographs of themselves in different environments.

Photography Niche

This very interesting niche I am reviewing today is to teach you how to start a photography business.  I seriously believe that there is a need for such an education even if you are a good photographer.  So what if you know how to take good photography but you are totally clueless in bringing in the business you need so that you can show off your skills?  That’s where the President of Photography Business Mastery, Bruce Bennett, is here to show you how.

A good photographer needs the business instinct to bring in the entrepreneurship in them to earn a decent living.  If Bruce is able to show you how to make $1000 per week, that is as good as doing your favorite as a full time job.  Of course, I will like to realistically think that we will have to work really hard to achieve that kind of result.  With a directive guide for you to follow closely, I don’t think you will have to spend too much time trying all the unproven techniques to bring in the money.

It’s a Sales Letter

When I first took up this review to write about a website which is teaching you how to make money from photography, I have a great feeling that this website has probably a good conversion rate.  I was surfing around this sales letter talking about photography business, I feel that Bruce is doing a good job in setting up his website this way.  It shows a profile photo of himself with a camera on the right, and he has quite a lot of live testimonials with their real email addresses shown.

Whenever I encounter such a sales letter, I do try to read the lengthy contents as much as I could.  And it always seems that they never fail to speak about quality information that I wish to know about.  Even though I felt really impatient reading through all the contents thoroughly, I just felt tempted to buy this product myself.  And the bad news is that Bruce had not offered his product for me to review further for all of you. :(

Gold membership includes all the following products

By ordering through this sales letter, you will be given the gold membership which provides you with all the following products:

  1. Lucrative Photography Markets
  2. How to Run A Successful Photography Business
  3. Essential Photography Techniques
  4. The Ultimate Million $$$ Marketing Expert
  5. Photography Power-Points
  6. Photography Website Marketing Strategies
  7. Photography Pro-Formas
  8. Professionally Designed Photography Website Templates
  9. Email Marketing Consultation Certificate
  10. And Two Other Additional Bonuses!

All the e-manuals that you are seeing above are individually jam-packed with a lot of information.  It is as good as buying one book to read and learn from it.  How I wish I could get my hands on those books to review them further for all of you. :P

With Your Photography Skills

In fact, photography is the best combination of skills to make money online.  With the right photography skills and tuned to suit the commercial needs, you can set up an Internet business which is suitable for your target market.  And with the right pricing (I saw it in one of the books’ table of contents), you will keep the money rolling in with a suitable market value that the target market is willing to pay for.

Conclusion

Photography business can be a really tempting business to start with.  With some interest in taking photographs, you may be thinking of using this little weapon to make your money.  However, every business comes with your time and effort that you are willing to invest in.  Generally speaking, you have to perservere through the business which you really want to focus on.  Or else, it may not work in the end.  Like any other business, with all the tools and information placed in front of you, if you are not putting in only 10% effort, you should be seeing 10% result in the end.  Hence, if you are willing to take up this business, put in all your heart and soul to make it a success!

I know a photographer my self and he makes very good money with his business, but it takes a lot of skill I don’t think that anyone can do it.
