I’m Sorry
The last few months, as you’ve probably noticed, I’ve been really busy -busy in such a way that it’s a blessing because I’ve got Ultimate Blogging Theme, Youngest Blogger and tons of other projects to finish.
Those blessings ate almost all of my time online leaving this blog and a couple emails collecting dust.
So i would like to take this moment to say…
I’m sorry.
I know I’ve said several times that I’m gonna get back to blogging but it only lasted weeks so I’m not gonna promise now, instead I’m going to take this as a challenge…
And to make it fun, if in the next week you encourage me enough to make 4 posts I’ll give away 4 copies of the Ultimate Blogging Theme 2.0 which now includes a one click logo management to those who’ve participated.
How do you encourage me?
Be creative, send quotes, guides, leave an encouragement comment or email or whatever that you think will help me + you think that will get you a copy of UBT.
P.S. Happy new year everyone :-)

First of all, Happy NEW YEAR 2009, kaibigan (my friend)!
As a recently graduated student (lol just a few months ago), I could still vividly remember the crazy hectic toxic-ness that school life brings about. You’ve got school PLUS all these other projects, so consider yourself quite BLESSED. Hey, I pray that you’d be showered with even more of these blessings, just keep ‘em coming! Although it gets you real busy (which has its pros and cons), but at least your GOLDEN time is being utilized very well. I/We just want you to know that it’s OKAY. No need to apologize, coz it’s FINE to take a break every once in a while. It’s allright, Carl. It really is. Rest if you need to in order to feel refreshed. Or rejuvenated if you wanna be fancy ;-)
Us readers (that’s thousands of people worldwide, carl)- would completely understand if you are gone for a bit “some” times. But we really do miss you, and we sincerely hope that you’d always feed us something new every once in a while. (Read: QUITE OFTEN, lol). We LOVE hearing updates from your journey, as it also helps us be focused, motivated, and inspired. You simply don’t know the HUGE help your wisdom brings us.
Now, I’m not really good at these quotes thingy, but I’m gonna leave you with a few by my idol, Robert Kiyosaki (coz I’ve been reading lots of his books lately):
1. “Remember to dream big, think long-term, underacheive on a daily basis, and take baby steps. That is the key to long-term success.”
2. “Inside of every problem lies an opportunity.”
3. “The only difference between a rich person and poor person is how they use their TIME.”
Take your baby steps if you must, leading you to the path of long-term success. And HEY, it’s not exactly a problem, but a Challenge that would bring great Opportunities for you. I trust that you are using your golden time wisely. I know that you’re a BRILLIANT kid and would further WOW us with your journey this 2009. We’d simply stay tune to your upcoming entries.
You can do it! YES, YOU CAN! 4 short entries in a week, please. Enough to satisfy our thirst. Lol. And if you still need to de-stress… call me up and I’d treat you to the SPA! haha I’m serious, call me up- you got my digitz. I hope to see ‘ya again in the near future. :-) Post away! Time to shine in 2009!

Hey Carl,
It’s true that you don’t post that much. Come one, you could use auto-posting young fellow.
Here is a LESSON that I’ve learned last year (in fact, this happened in one of my offline businesses as well 8 years ago, but I just understood the whole thing now). Take notes… Don’t worry, it’s going to be short.
Here it is:
Keep the momentum going.
You may want to think about this sentence before you go to bed tonight, because it is really important in business. Everything you are doing should be growing in a constant basis.
Believe me, I’ve learned this the hard way last year.

Hey Carl, this is my take to get your ass up…
So you see, your blog has become so famous now compared to last year and last last year. Now I know you are somehow slacking w/your blog and why not? Should you worry? This blog has gained so many traction, followers(rss) and the priceless organic traffic. you should ! Its because you see things move so swiftly in the internet and you’ll never know whats next.
I know its easy to feel “proud” with this blog but do you get what I mean? people follow you at the start because you’re worth following! You give a nice content, little humor at each side and whatsoever. Now give me a reason why people should follow you when they haven’t seen value for quite a while. I know you’re traffic is still up but I can say that somehow your Analytics is telling you that something has dropped…
Not really ranting but you see things really move fast. Maybe just think of giving back to people that have supported you all through out. I know you’re busy but who are not? A post or 2 a week isn’t bad at all. Maybe its time to give back! Just remember the times wherein from no one is commenting here up to everyone is interested sponsoring a prize in each and every of your competition. Most people are good enough to succeed, but only few know how to give back.
So bottom line, blog for us… Give us a reason to still read carlocab.

Hey Carl,
I’m quite impressed with your story and obviosly your age. I have some advice that I’ll give to you that I give many people in your situation. Obviously you succesful at what you do. It seems to me that you’ve simply reached a plateau in your career of not being able to consistently blog.
See, a great analagy is this: your career(blogging in this case) is like an airplane. When you take off from the ground (when you first started) you had the exert crazy amounts of energy. The plane uses more energy taking off then anytime else througout the flight. Then you finaly reach a level that your content with, like an airplane reaches altitude it seeks, and you level off. Which is where you are at right now. In order to go to the “next level” you must exert more energy, as an airplane would when it needs to go to a higher altitude.
The point of this is that YOU MUST START WORKING like you used to when you first started. You need to create more leverage as to why should work harder again. I’ve seen some quotes of robbins, so obviously your interested in personal development. Check out some of my posts on goals and human communication. Writign this response to you actually inspired my next blog entry. :)

Hi Carl,
What I can say is you are the best teenage blogger I am ever met.I met some that are so arrogant and think themselves of being so good.Never mind apologizing ad we as your subscribers know that you are busy for some good reasons.Furthermore, you can keep this great job up by posting a lot of post but with less words as an article that is too long tire us too.
Keep your great job up and hope I can get your theme.LOL

Greetings Carl,
Thank you for taking the time to say you are sorry. It takes a great deal of humility to actually muster up those words. Being that you may be young in age doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t be mature for your age.
The fact that you have taken something like this blog and made it into what it is – in reality is truly inspiring – because if I did what you were doing when I was your age now…
…who knows where I would be
Life happens the way it does and we just need to adapt to it. Your current success are something a lot of people are aspiring to. So as an “older” person, I would encourage you to learn the lessons you need to from this…
And then move on…
Sharing your victories as well as your set backs just makes you a real person. The more real you are, the more your readers will be able to relate to you.
No matter what anyone says – and I am learning this one myself – we need to find our reasons from within.
As for me, I have my wife and children to consider. You have so much life ahead of you and you have already made such a huge impact. Imagine what getting focused again can do and how much more of a legacy you can leave for your family…
…when you are old enough to have one :)
Thanks again for taking the time to share just a bit more of who you are…

Hey Carl
Stick with me brother.. I want this theme !! :)
Right bro…. Im a first time visitor here and this is how I found you… I read the sales page to your Ultimate blogging theme which stated you as position 1 – 3 for ‘make money online’ search in google.
So I went off to Google.com to see for myself, and you were on the second page of results in about position 15.. Still for that keyword VERY good but things must have dropped for you.
So I headed here to check you out.. First of all let me say I can only hope to acheive this level of success in the time you have !! I have started my own blog 10 weeks ago and in my opinion things are going very strong for me as this is the first time I have blogged.
So I read this post and there lies the answer to you dropping in Google… A lack of updates from you :(
So what should motivate you… The very fact that your Google position has shown what will happen if you slack !
Yes we all struggle at times to keep it going so what I recommend you do at these times is delegate so work to your visitors. I myself would be more than happy to write the occasional guest post, bring a fresh personality to your blog and give HIGH value… In fact I will contact you after this as I have an idea you may like bro.
Something else I see as good is do something a little more exciting to bring back your enthusiasum again.. A post that you wouldnt normally do .. Hmmm I dont know maybe something that will hold you accountable .. LOL I dunno man but keep it up, you have something very special here but it could all crumble so much quicker than it was built if you lose the way brother.
Your an inspiration to us new guys.. Dont let us down !!
Peace
Dean

Ohhh brother….
Forgot to drop this quote for ya, a favourite of mine that I have above my pc screen…
“You could live without this, But why would you want to ?”
I look at that everytime I work online to remind me how much I want to give up my day job and be a full time online marketer ( My 2009 goal )
Keep it up bro

Hey Carl,
I really like the template you’ve built. It sure can make a bloggers life a lot easier as you’ve done most of the heavy lifting… Great Job.
One of my most favorite sayings is one I got from an EnglishMan in Toronto:
“If You keep doing what You’re doing, You’ll keep getting what You’re getting!”
Sure to wake anyone up to the reality that you’ve always have to push the boundaries!
Have a great 2009

just keep blogging my friend, you are fortunate enough to have built a successful online business, and you wont ever have to worry about getting a job.
you are already living the dream of so many others out there. Maybe you are getting bored and just need to expand your horizons a little. While blogging about your new ventures.
start doing fun stuff with your family, and blog about that. Some people would do anything to be where you are on google.

Carl here I am again – I read a post once n your blog about posting frequency and the importance of being consistent – if you cant blog yourself right now maybe having some guest writers is the way to go so that your blog continues to have fresh content everytime we come – infact, if you dont mind I’ll be a guest writer for your next post :-)
