Writing for web is different than other types of writing. The quality of content matters more than anything on your site. And instead of defining your own definition of quality content let your visitors do the job. Visitors don’t read on the Web; instead they scan the pages, find what they want and leave the site. Does the topic means title for the article? Well, I would suggest that a title should be attractive enough to get the click by readers. Also, even sometimes a web page get listed on search engines index page, people will not click it because of the irrelevant or unattractive title.
