Got flamed? Pounded? Mashed – whatever you call it.
If you haven’t gone through this, you’re not doin’ it right.
Popular people are getting pulled down – because not all people adore you (Or some just have a crab mentality) Face it.
Thing is, don’t overreact, getting flamed is normal. Yes, I got flamed – hundreds of times. What did I do?
- Reflect – Why were you flamed? There’s a reason for things to happen, find it out then…
- Solve it – Do your best to respond to the problem.
- Let it go – There are tons of things more important that this.
If at the moment you are not getting flamed, something is wrong. Go change that, do something new, something unique, something that will get you noticed.
Think bout it… “Make Money Online With A 13-Year Old” ;-)
Yes. I agree. No one is perfect. In times like these, it can be shattering. Especially to our ego. But it’s on how you pull yourself up that matters. Just take a deep breath and move on. Tomorrow will be a new day.
Well, on the contrary, I know some people who loves being controversial. They enjoy the people’s surge of reactions. Well, I do too sometimes. Just to add a different perspective in this.
Perez Hilton perhaps? Haha, some people just have the guts to handle them – specially legally :-s
Nice one. Get marketing yourself online bud! :)
oo nga naman ~__~ I got flamed several time… and I’m always doing #3 :)
Very pro-active post. I like that about you, Carl. Set ’em straight! Haha, keep it up!
Very true, though it’s hard sometimes to let it go lol!
Carlo you an online marketing genius! You must consider running your own road show and doing money making seminars: you’ll make a mint, trust me boyo! :)
That was a small and a straight foreword posts..
I really liked it.
Thanks for such friendly information and guidance..
I really love your site!!
nice post…. i always get flamed. sawang-sawa na nga ako. :)
You can never please everybody, so don’t try. All you can do is what you think is the right thing to do. As long as you are honest and giving, you have nothing to worry about. People have different views of things and this will never change.
Remember, What goes around…comes around. I always tried to help others and it has served me well.
Hey, my buddy Carl :D I haven’t talked to you in ages man…since I sold bloggin-ads :(
Anyways, I was getting flamed left and right when people had their doubts about the contests I held, but they’re all haters I tell you! lol.

The third thing is what I really have trouble doing – letting it go
Another reason everyone gets flamed is because the reader has not had the success of the author yet. And they are jealous.
Yeah, it’s very important in every kind of business… to reflect and improve. And if something went wrong, just learn from the experience, and those bad experience? Simply let it go, then move on… As long as we know that we keep on sharing our knowledge and experience… then, we are doing the right thing. :-)
Carl.
You’ve achieved, in your 13 years of existence, what many have not achieved at 50…great site, and I would not be surprised, with the right guidance, if you do not make money online fast enough to even consider college a luxury!
Hope to see you in the Internet Hall of Fame Bud…
You are secong on google under “make money onile”
Letting go is the hardest thing to do!
I agree with you carl, sometimes being controversial
meaning bringing more traffic to their sites and make
them selves well known in a certain field.
As an example, it will be burger king
discontinued its famous whopper back to few years

Hi Carl
Dean Hunt just sent me this link, as I’ve had a lot of stick on my blog over the last few days.
I was thinking of toning my posts down a bit, but thanks for your wisdom here. I’ll continue speaking my mind!
